Crodaun is a Strategic Housing Development (SHD) on lands to the north of Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The development comprises 366 dwelling units with an ancillary childcare facility, gym, café and retail unit. The residential units include 116 apartments (84 – 2 beds, 32 – 3 beds) in four blocks, ranging from 5 to 6 storeys high, to the east side of the site, along with 200 houses and 50 duplex units. The proposed development also includes the provision of a landscaped 2.068-hectare public park to the north.
